1. General Information
This privacy policy sets out how Repe visuals, MB (company code 307056894, registered address V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, email info@repevisuals.lt), hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider', collects, processes, and stores personal data on the 'Anarev' platform. The platform is intended exclusively for business clients (B2B).

2. What data do we collect?
From companies (Platform clients): We collect the company name, location names, and email addresses for account login, invoicing, and email responses. From company guests (review providers): When a guest leaves a review via a QR/NFC stand, the review text is collected. If the guest wishes the company to contact them, they can voluntarily provide their name, email, and phone number.

3. Roles of Data Controller and Processor
Regarding the data of Platform clients (companies), Repe visuals, MB acts as the Data Controller. Regarding the personal data left by company guests, Repe visuals, MB acts only as a Data Processor providing the technical platform, and the actual Data Controller is the respective company to which the review was left.

4. Data transfer to third parties
To ensure smooth platform operation, we use reliable third parties for data processing: Vercel (server hosting), MongoDB (database storage), Resend (email sending), and Google services (Gemini AI for generating responses and Places API for translations and fetching ratings).

5. Data retention period
Reviews and contact details left by guests are stored on the platform indefinitely to allow the company to analyze historical customer service data, unless the Data Controller (company) or the data subject themselves requests the deletion of this data.

6. User rights
Both platform clients and their guests have the right to access their personal data and request its correction or deletion. To request data deletion, guests can contact the company they left the review for directly, or contact us via email at info@repevisuals.lt. We commit to responding to all official requests within 30 calendar days.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions govern the use of the 'Anarev' platform. By agreeing to the provision of services via email and upon the creation of a login account for your company by Repe visuals, MB, it is considered that you have fully read and automatically agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Services are provided exclusively to business clients (B2B) and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Trial Period and Service Subscription
New clients are granted a 1-month trial period unless individually agreed otherwise. After the trial period, service continuity is ensured by paying the submitted invoices. Payment card data is not collected on the platform.

3. Physical Products (QR/NFC)
Physical review collection stands and stickers are provided upon payment of a one-time fee or given for free, depending on the individual agreement with the client. If services are canceled, physical stands are not returned – they remain with the client.

4. Account Deactivation and Deletion
If an invoice is not paid on time, a 10-day grace period is granted. If payment is not received after this period, the client's account is deactivated. Upon an official request from the client, a deactivated account and all related data are permanently deleted from the system.

5. Restriction of Services
Repe visuals, MB reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or delete a client's account without prior notice if the system is misused, illegal activities are carried out, spam is sent, or the laws of the Republic of Lithuania are otherwise violated.

Strictly necessary (technical) cookies
Our platform respects your privacy and therefore does not use any external analytical (e.g., Google Analytics) or marketing (e.g., Facebook Pixel) cookies for visitor tracking or ad profiling.

The system uses exclusively technically necessary cookies (e.g., session tokens), which are mandatory for the client to securely log into their account and for the system to 'remember' the logged-in user during navigation. Without these cookies, the platform's functionality would be impossible. No additional consent is required for these technical cookies.
